Music Licensing

We represent all genres of music, with a particular emphasis on exclusive artist placements, and sync licensing for film, TV, advertising, and video games. We manage the rights surrounding the songs our artists write and help find great usages for those songs with companies who are in need of well-crafted and engaging independent music.

While the majority of our efforts are concentrated on sync licensing, we also actively pitch to artists in genres such as hip-hop, R&B, country, pop alternative, indie, and reggae. We are constantly on the lookout for exceptional and well-crafted songs that possess a unique quality.

We have a preference for singer-songwriter-type demos when it comes to songs. However, for sync purposes, we prioritize tracks with exceptional vocals and top-notch production quality.

We use two types of contracts. We use a "Letter of Intent" when pitching songs to artists, and a "Licensing Agreement" when pitching songs for film, TV, video games, and advertising purposes.

The "Letter of Intent" contract is utilized by us to pitch songs directly to artists, producers, and directors for placement on an EP or album, and we use a "Licensing Agreement" to pitch songs for use in film, TV, video games, and advertising.

In the event that a sync license is secured, it is imperative that the song is 100% clearance, and both instrumental and vocal versions are required by us.
